عدم اعتماد کے بعد سپریم کورٹ کی رہی سہی ساکھ بھی ختم
پاکستان پیپلزپارٹی کے سابق سینیٹر و سینئر رہنما فرحت اللہ بابر نے کہا ہے کہ اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ کے اختیارات کو محدود کر دیا جائے۔

پی پی پی کے سینئر رہنما فرحت اللہ بابر نے سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ٹوئیٹر پر اپنی تحریر میں موقف اپنایا کہ وقت آ گیا ہے کہ عدالت اعظمیٰ کے اختیارات پر غور کیا جائے۔انھوں نے کہا کہ ریٹائر ہونے والے ججز کی مزید تقرریوں پر پابندی ہونی چاہئے کیونکہ ان کے سابقہ فیصلوں کا تسلسل مستقبل میں بھی برقرار رہتا ہے۔
A take away from the current dismal situation is this: The malaise of disunity and in fighting is creeping into other august houses and is no longer confined to Parliament House and politicians. Society & institutions r getting polarised. More than unfortunate it’s dangerous.

پیپلزپارٹی کے چیئرمین بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے بھی اس تجویز کی توثیق کرتے ہوئے فرحت اللہ بابر کی ٹوئیٹ کو ری ٹوئیٹ کر دیا جس سے یہ تاثر پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ مستقبل قریب میں پی ڈی ایم اتحاد عدلیہ کے اختیارات کو محدود کرنے کے لیے آئینی پلیٹ فارم استعمال کر سکتا ہے۔
