اداکارہ یشما گل نے کہا ہے کہ جو لوگ سوشل میڈیا پر خواتین کے لباس پر تنقید کرکے انہیں درس دیتے ہیں، دراصل وہ خود بھی ان جیسا ہی لباس پہنتے ہیں مگر انہیں اپنی چیزیں نظر نہیں آتیں۔یشما گل حال ہی میں احسن خان کے شو ’ٹائم آؤٹ ود احسن‘ میں اداکار فہد شیخ کے ساتھ شریک ہوئیں، جہاں انہوں نے اپنے کیریئر، مستقبل کے منصوبوں، ذاتی زندگی اور سوشل میڈیا کے رجحانات پر کھل کر بات کی۔
اداکارہ نے بتایا کہ انہیں انڈسٹری میں آئے ہوئے چار سال ہوچکے ہیں اور انہوں نے کئی اچھے کردار بھی ادا کیے ہیں، تاہم وہ ہولی وڈ کردار ’ہارلی کئن‘ جیسا کردار ادا کرنا چاہتی ہیں جو کہ خاتون سپر ولن کا کردار ہے۔یشما گل نے بتایا کہ ان کا ارادہ ہے کہ وہ مستقبل میں ماہر نفسیات بنیں گی، کیوں کہ انہوں نے آسٹریلیا سے سائکالوجی میں ماسٹر کر رکھا ہے اور وہ پاکستان سے بھی سائکالوجی میں ماسٹر کرنے کے بعد اپنا کلینک کھولنے کا ارادہ رکھتی ہیں۔شو کے دوران اداکارہ نے یہ انکشاف بھی کیا کہ وہ کم عمری میں ڈپریشن اور انزائٹی کا شکار ہو گئیں تھیں، جس سے وہ کافی عرصے بعد نکلیں۔

انہوں نے ذہنی صحت پر بات کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ ڈپریشن کا علاج کروانے میں کوئی شرمندگی نہیں ہونی چاہیے، یہ بیماری بھی اس طرح ہی ہے، جیسے کسی شخص کو شگر ہوجاتا ہے تو وہ اس کا علاج کرواتا ہے، اسی طرح ذہن بھی خراب ہو سکتا ہے، اس کا بھی علاج کروایا جا سکتا ہے۔اداکارہ نے سوشل میڈیا کے معاملے پر بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایک طرح سے سوشل میڈیا کے کئی فوائد بھی ہیں اور بہت سارے لوگوں کو سوشل میڈیا پلیٹ فارمز پر بہت کچھ کرنے کے مواقع مل جاتے ہیں جو پہلے دستیاب نہیں تھے۔
یشما گل کے مطابق سوشل میڈیا کے استعمال سے انسان کو بہت ساری چیزوں کو فوری علم بھی ہوجاتا ہے اور اسے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ کون سا ٹرینڈ یا مسئلہ دنیا میں موضوع بحث بنا ہوا ہے۔اداکارہ نے شادی کے سوال پر بتایا کہ کچھ عرصہ قبل انہیں امریکا میں مقیم خاندان کی جانب سے پیش کش ہوئی تھی اور انہوں نے ٹکٹ بھجوانے کا بھی کہا، کیوں کہ وہ خاندان ان سے ملاقات کرنا چاہتا تھا مگر انہوں نے انکار کردیا۔

یشما گل نے بتایا کہ ابھی فوری طور پر ان کا شادی کا کوئی ارادہ نہیں، تاہم اہل خانہ کی جانب سے ان پر شادی کے لیے دباؤ رہتا ہے۔اداکارہ کا کہنا تھا گھر والے انہیں کہتے رہتے ہیں کہ وہ شوبز میں کام بھی جاری رکھیں مگر شادی کرلیں۔
یشما گل نے بتایا کہ ابھی ان کا فوری طور پر شادی کرنے کا ارادہ نہیں، انہیں جب کوئی اچھا لڑکا مل جائے گا تو رشتہ ازدواج میں بندھ جائیں گی، کیوں کہ ان کے خیال میں انسان کو ایک ہی بار شادی کرنی چاہیے اور سوچ سمجھ کر کرنی چاہیے۔سوشل میڈیا پر خواتین پر تنقید کے حوالے سے پوچھے گئے ایک سوال کے جواب میں اداکارہ نے بتایا کہ عام طور پر اداکاراؤں یا خواتین پر وہی لوگ لباس کے حوالے سے تنقید کرتے ہیں جنہوں نے خود بھی ان جیسا ہی لباس پہن رکھا ہوتا ہے۔
اداکارہ کے مطابق انسٹاگرام پر لڑکے انہیں میسیج بھیجتے ہیں کہ اسلام میں انسٹاگرام پر لڑکیوں کی تصاویر لگانا جائز نہیں، تاہم وہ خود سوشل میڈیا پر استعمال کر رہے ہوتے ہیں اور اپنی تصاویر بھی شیئر کر رہے ہوتے ہیں۔اداکارہ نے ایسے لوگوں کو تجویز دی کہ اگر انہیں یہ سب کچھ پسند نہیں تو وہ سوشل میڈیا استعمال کرنا چھوڑ دیں یا پھر دوسروں پرتنقید کرنے سے گریز کریں۔اسی شو میں فہد شیخ نے بھی اپنے کیریئر کے حوالے سے بات کی اور بتایا کہ وہ مستقبل میں منفی کردار ادا کرنے کے خواہاں ہیں۔
